I cherish Basketball, my parents, and my brother Matt. My main character values are nice, protective, has a drive to win, intimidating, and caring. Well he helped Tyson from being his friend. Then Percy wanted to win the chariot race with Tyson and he cares about everything around him. We are kinda the same I try to be the best there is and I help new kids out at our school. (caring,nice,winner) We have alot of things in comin just look at my personality and his 90% the same. Thats because hes a half-blood and I'm a mortal.
ReplyDelete2.Well I've got introduced in monsters with fire balls, Bronze bulls which breath fire and cyclops.these were made from gods. Realistic Fiction dosent have monsters thats because they are supposed to be real! Theres nothing like Science Fiction you just cant simply compare to anything else.
Some of the things that I cherish are; Baseball, my friends, and BMX. I cherish these things because when I am either doing them or being around them all my stress is releaved. I forget about everything, expesially when I am riding my bike. In the book CATCHING FIRE Katniss cherishs more things than me. Katniss cherishes:

1. Some things I cherish in life are: Video Games, Soccer, Eminem, Food. My main character, Juan, cherishes Gun Powder, Combat Boots, Prosthetic Limbs, Radio Communication Devices, and Kevlar. Juan likes these things because they help him in the field, save his life, and help him walk. The only thing we have in common is we both like food. The text hints that he likes these things because he has a prosthetic leg and he needs it to walk. also if he likes gunpowder because he needs to defend himself.

1-I cherish many things in my life. Some are softball,friends,reading,shopping,etc.In my new book, CATCHING FIRE By: Suzanna Collins, my main character Katniss Evergreen cherishs lots of things. She cherishs hunting,her mom and her siter Prim,and Gale. The plot helped me discover many of this things. For example, Katniss doesnt need to hunt for food now that she has lots of money but she still loves hunting and bring food for Gale's family while he works in the coal mine.

ReplyDelete1) I cherish family, friendship, loyalty, trust and music in life, the main characters of my story are Colin Wagner and Danny Cooper. They value each others friendship, I know this because Danny refuses to do anything to help the "bad guys" from finding out about Colin's whereabouts. They also value things like family, trust, loyalty and bravery because at one point in the story Danny saves Colins parents which proves he wants to appreciate family. They value trust because they are living the lives of super heros and that involves trusting the ones they care about. When Danny risks his life to shut down a high tech piece of machinery, the selfless act proves he knows the significance of bravery.

An example of this machinery would be the power damper which is a machine that is able to get rid of all super powers in the world and i knew this was fake because I also know that it is not possible to have super powers in the world we live in today.
1. Some of the things I cherish in life are friends, family, and happiness. These are my values because family is my family, you have to love them and my friends are the closest things to family you can have. I think Katniss’s values are very similar. I believe she values family because she volunteered to take Prim’s place in the reaping’s, I also think she values her friends because most of the things she does is to either protect Peeta, Haymitch or Gale.

My main charicter enjoys life, beatuiful scenery such as water falls, rivers, and snowy landscapes. He has an interest in the finer arts such as painting, music, and his religious beliefs of Mother Russia. He is a dying ayer to the thrown of Russia. He looks at the world as if today IS his last day.

Somethings that I cherish in life is my Swimming,The Movies,Pizza,and My Family.The main character in my book Tally values New Pretty Town,her friend Peris,having fun in general, and fitting in.The Plot of my book helped me describe Tally's values because in my book the only thing Tally wants is to turn Pretty so she can be friends again with Peris,and have great times again like she used too when he wasn't a Pretty.My values compared to the main characters values are very different,perhaps because we live in much different worlds.For example in our world we are not separated by the Pretty's or the Uglies or the Litties,that doesn't necessarily matter in our world for the most part,in government perspective.Although we very different, at the end of the day we both just want to have fun.

ReplyDelete2. My book is Science Fiction beccause in CATCHING FIRE, they have some medicine that almost instantly cures pains and saves when you when your close to death, in real life, you take some medicine and wait for it to heal you.
Question 1. The things I cherish in life are baseball, school and friends. The main character in the book is Captain Janeway. The things that she would cherish are: Science, Starfleet (the army she is in), getting home safely, protecting her crew, and people who follow orders. While reading the book you could tell that Captain Janeway liked science because that was her job prior to the job she is in now. While reading the book you could tell that the Captain worries about her crew and wants to make sure everybody gets home safely. She also prefers her crew to follow orders because it makes her life alot easier. If they do not it makes things difficult. She likes the Starfleet because that is what keeps her home safe. I think that the Captain and my values are similar because I value my friends and she values her co-workers in the Starfleet. Also she protects her crew and I would protect my friends. She also enjoys science which is part of what I value which is school. The things that are not similar is that I value baseball because that is what I enjoy for a hobby. Most of what the Captain enjoys is work related.
